From delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects in mining and power generation to steering national safety programs and cross-border commissioning efforts, he has built a reputation for strategic foresight, operational excellence, and forging strong industry partnerships.
As Managing Director of Collard Group and a trusted advisor across Asia Pacific, Matt combines hands-on project experience with high-level commercial acumen—driving innovation and lifecycle performance across the assets that power our communities.
